Ran a motor flush for 55 minutes and drained. 5.5 US quarts (5.2 liters) of Valvoline Advanced Full Synthetic SAE 0W-20 Motor Oil. Reused crush washer (803916010) from 5/8/201 oil change. New Fram XG7317 Ultra Synthetic, 20K Mile Change Interval Spin-On Oil Filter.

Cabin Air Filter
I had thought I’d done a cabin air filter change more recently than I had.
It was pretty bad.
I wonder if this has been contributing to my sinus/olfaction problems.
