Engine – Day 3

So I was generally happy with how close the weights were with the pistons and rods.

I spent about 45 minutes removing what little material needed to come off of a couple of them all to balance out the weight.

I decided the best place to remove material was a thicker area on both sides parallel to the wrist pin.

All pistons/wrist pin combos are now at 535g.

There were only 2 rods that needed 1g removed each so I basically shaved up and down the beam.

Rods are all at 549g.
