So way back in October I cleaned up the garage for the winter and made enough space to work if the weather ended up being mild.
Below freezing temps is rather difficult out there since it is old and non-insulated, but I figured there’d be a few days over the coming months to work on trying to get the new engine fully running, not to mention some tin/parts cleaning I had planned on during.
Well, of course, my son turned the garage into a disaster after he destroyed his Jetta’s transmission, not to mention his tearing apart his old GTI’s header and valves.
Of course, that was many many weeks ago and he’s done nothing to clean any of it up or dispose of the junk.
And then… I come home one day to his removing his Jetta’s interior so that’s all sitting there still as yet undisposed or given away.
I do not think I’ll be working on my engine or parts any time soon.
