So I’m checking in with one of my favorite FB Groups, VW Body, Metal, Interior Work DIYers, and one of the contributors Shawn Mielke posted some pics of his custom made Type 1 auto rotisserie and quite frankly it looks like it would be simple to duplicate and mod a bit for 1302/1303 use.
Knowing my physical limitations, and definitely my need to work at certain angles as to not destroy my back and shoulders, the very definite requirement of such a rotisserie will definitely make body work on the roof something I probably will not get angry with and swearing at.
